Our consultation form starts with eye shape, prescription, and lifestyle before we ever pick up a tweezer. The result is a slower first appointment - and a return rate we are quietly proud of.

Set aside a little extra time for your first visit - the consultation is built into the booking, not added on. Repeat clients tend to be in and out in their booked window.

Eye shape, lash health, prescription, lifestyle - and the look you actually want, in your own words. We map curl and length before you lie down.
Prep & primer
Deep cleanse with a low-pH foaming primer to strip oil and product residue. Under-eye pads sized to your lash line.
Application
Hand-crafted fans for volume, or one-to-one isolation for classic. Adhesive bonding is timed against the humidity reading in the room.
Cure & brief
Two-minute nano-mist cure, before-and-after photographs in your record, written aftercare card, and a same-week check-in by WhatsApp.

How long do lash extensions last in Malaysia's humidity?
With a proper bonding cure and a humidity-aware aftercare routine, classic and volume sets hold their shape for three to four weeks. We schedule infill appointments at the three-week mark to keep retention even.
Do I need a patch test for the lash adhesive?
For first-time clients and anyone who has reacted to glues before, we offer a complimentary 48-hour patch test. Cosmetic tattoo clients receive a separate skin test before the first session.
Can I wear make-up the same day as my appointment?
Arrive with a clean face if you can. For lash and brow sessions we ask you to skip mascara, oil-based cleansers, and brow gel for 24 hours afterward so the bonding cures fully.
Is the studio inside Sunway Pyramid easy to reach by Grab?
Yes - we are on the ground floor of Tower 2 with direct lift access from the basement parking and a five-minute walk from the BRT Sunway Lagoon station.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Just reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations carry a 30% reschedule fee that goes toward your next booking.
Do you take walk-ins?
Saturday afternoons sometimes have last-minute openings, but the calendar is by appointment so we can prep the room and keep the schedule honest. WhatsApp us before you walk over.
