1. About these terms

By browsing this website, sending a booking enquiry, or attending an appointment, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or book a service.

2. Who we are

Xenoblox Beauty Atelier Sdn Bhd (Reg. 1612583-W), registered office at Lot G-08 Sunway Pyramid Tower 2, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

3. Bookings and quotes

Prices on this site are starting bands. The final quote is given at the end of your in-chair consultation and confirmed in writing before any service begins. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.

4. Deposits

For cosmetic tattoo bookings and bridal-party bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the quoted price is taken at confirmation. The deposit is applied against the final invoice.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the booked time at no charge. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window are charged a 30% reschedule fee, which becomes a credit toward your next booking within 90 days. No-shows forfeit any deposit and pay 100% of the booked service.

6. Health declarations

For every visit, you confirm that you have no allergic reactions to lash adhesive, lash perm solution, tint pigments, or cosmetic tattoo pigments unknown to us. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on certain acne medications, or have a healing wound near the eye, please disclose at the consultation - we may decline or defer service for your safety.

7. Aftercare

Retention and healing depend significantly on your aftercare. We will give you written and verbal instructions; following them is your responsibility. If retention falls below normal due to documented aftercare failure (for example, water exposure inside the first 24 hours), reapplication will be charged at full rate.

8. Photographs and consent

We always take paired before-and-after photographs for your own file. We will only publish or share them with your separate written consent.

9. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and layout on this website are the property of Xenoblox Beauty Atelier Sdn Bhd, with the exception of fonts and third-party libraries used under their respective licenses. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

10. Liability

We carry full studio insurance covering treatment-related claims. Our maximum liability for any single booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, except where Malaysian consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
