Return & Refund Policy
Last updated 14 March 2026. We want you to leave delighted - and when something is off, we want to put it right. Here is how we handle refunds, redos, and gift card returns.
1. Services are not "returnable"
Once a lash, brow, or cosmetic tattoo service has been delivered, it cannot be returned. What we can offer is a redo session or, in specific circumstances, a partial or full refund - as outlined below.
2. Redo sessions
If you leave the studio and within 48 hours something does not feel right - the curl is wrong, the brow shape is uneven, the tint is too dark - tell us. We will book you a redo session at no charge, within seven days of your original appointment. This applies to every service in the menu except cosmetic tattoo, which has its own dedicated 8-week perfection session built in.
3. Lash retention shortfalls
If your set sheds significantly inside the first three days for reasons not related to aftercare failure, we will do a free reapplication of the affected area. We will need a clear photo within 72 hours of the original booking. Reapplications after day three are charged at the standard infill rate.
4. Cosmetic tattoo refunds
Cosmetic tattoo is a craft service. The first session sets the shape, and the perfection session at 8 weeks adjusts based on how your skin healed. A refund on the original session is not available after the perfection session has been booked, since the work is in the skin. If you skip the perfection session, the deposit is forfeit.
5. Refunds we will offer
- Full refund of any cancelled booking 24+ hours before the appointment.
- Full refund where we have to cancel on you for a studio reason (artist illness, equipment failure, force majeure).
- Pro-rata refund where a booked service was not delivered in full for a reason on our side.
- Partial refund where, after a redo attempt, we cannot deliver the agreed result.
6. Gift cards
Physical and digital gift cards purchased from Xenoblox are valid for 18 months from the issue date. They are non-refundable but transferable - send us the recipient's name and we will update the file. Unused balances at the end of 18 months are forfeit.
7. Aftercare products
Lash bath foam, brow conditioning serum, and the small range of aftercare products sold at the studio can be returned unopened within 14 days for a full refund. Opened products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
8. How to raise an issue
The fastest path is a WhatsApp message to +60 12-456 7890 with a photo. Email us at [email protected] if you prefer. We aim to reply within the same working day and to resolve every issue within seven days.
9. Refund processing
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 working days. For cash and bank-transfer bookings, we transfer to the account you nominate.
